Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e prepara una piccola tortiera monoporzione (8 cm) con carta forno.

In una ciotola, unisci 80g di yogurt greco 0% e 10ml di olio di cocco, poi aggiungi un uovo intero, 15g di miele e l'estratto di vaniglia. Mescola bene con una frusta fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Setaccia 30g di farina d'avena, 1g di lievito per dolci e un pizzico di sale, quindi incorpora delicatamente al composto di yogurt.

Versa l'impasto nella tortiera e livella la superficie.

Cuoci in forno per 20 minuti, o fino a quando uno stuzzicadenti inserito al centro esce pulito.

Lascia raffreddare per 5 minuti prima di rimuovere dalla tortiera.
