Preriscaldare il forno a 175°C. Foderare 6 stampini individuali (diametro 8 cm) con carta forno.

In una ciotola, sbattere le uova intere con la polvere di albumi e il miele fino a ottenere una mousse leggera e spumosa (circa 3 minuti con le fruste elettriche).
