Tritare il cioccolato fondente e metterlo in una ciotola resistente al calore. Aggiungere lo yogurt greco e sciogliere il tutto a bagnomaria, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto cremoso.

In un'altra ciotola, sbattere l'uovo con l'eritritolo fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso.

Unire il cioccolato fuso al composto di uovo e aggiungere la farina di avena e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
