In una ciotola, unisci la farina di avena, il cacao amaro, il lievito e il sale, mescolando bene.

In un'altra ciotola, combina la ricotta magra, l'eritritolo, l'uovo e l'olio di semi, mescolando fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.
