In una ciotola, unire la farina di mandorle, le proteine in polvere, il lievito e il sale.

In una ciotola separata, sbattere l'uovo con lo yogurt greco, l'eritritolo e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.

Incorporare gradualmente la miscela secca a quella umida, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
