Method

In una ciotola, unire la farina d'avena, lo yogurt greco, l'eritritolo, l'uovo intero e il lievito. Mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Avvolgere l'impasto in pellicola trasparente e far riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, sciogliere il cioccolato fondente nel latte di mandorla caldo, mescolando fino a ottenere una crema liscia.

Aggiungere il riso shirataki drenato al composto di cioccolato e mescolare bene. Lasciare raffreddare per 10 minuti.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno, formando un disco di circa 5mm di spessore e trasferirlo in una teglia monoporzione di 12cm.

Versare il ripieno di cioccolato e riso nella base e decorare con strisce di impasto.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 25-30 minuti, fino a doratura. Lasciare raffreddare prima di servire.
