Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Taglia le zucchine, i peperoni, le carote, la cipolla e il cavolfiore a cubetti. Mescola le verdure con timo, sale, pepe e un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva.

Distribuisci le verdure su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e cuoci per 20 minuti fino a doratura.
