Inizia preparando la marinata: trita finemente le cipolle e schiacciale in una ciotola capiente per estrarne il succo. Aggiungi l'aglio tritato, l'olio d'oliva, il succo di limone, l'origano, il pepe nero, la paprika, il cumino e il sale. Mescola bene.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo tagliato a cubetti alla marinata, assicurandoti di rivestirlo uniformemente. Copri la ciotola con della pellicola alimentare e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa: in una ciotola, unisci lo yogurt greco, l'olio d'oliva, il succo di limone, il pepe nero e l'aneto. Mescola fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea e metti da parte in frigorifero.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Rivesti una teglia con carta da forno e distribuisci il pollo marinato senza sovrapporlo.

Cuoci in forno per circa 15 minuti, girando i pezzi a metà cottura, finché non saranno dorati e cotti.
