Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara uno stampo a cerniera da 20 cm foderandolo con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola i fiocchi di avena, il burro di mandorle e il miele fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Pressa il composto sul fondo dello stampo e cuoci in forno per 10 minuti. Lascia raffreddare.

In un'altra ciotola, combina lo yogurt greco, il formaggio spalmabile, le uova, il succo e la scorza di limone, l'estratto di vaniglia e l'amido di mais. Mescola fino a ottenere un composto liscio.
