Iniziate pelando e tagliando le patate a cubetti. Lavate l'indivia belga e tagliatela a pezzi.

In una pentola, unite l'indivia, le patate e il brodo vegetale. Portate a ebollizione e poi cuocete a fuoco medio per circa 25 minuti, finché le verdure non saranno morbide.
