Inizia tagliando il filetto di maiale a pezzi uniformi per garantire una cottura omogenea.

In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, l'olio di sesamo, l'aglio tritato, lo zucchero di cocco e la polvere di cinque spezie per creare una marinata.

Aggiungi il maiale alla marinata e lascia riposare per almeno 30 minuti, preferibilmente in frigorifero.

Scalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio e cuoci il maiale marinato fino a doratura, circa 10-15 minuti, girando frequentemente.

Aggiungi il brodo vegetale e il peperoncino fresco, se desiderato, e porta a ebollizione. Riduci il fuoco e lascia sobbollire per circa 60 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, fino a quando il maiale è tenero.

Prima di servire, aggiungi il succo di lime e mescola bene. Guarnisci con coriandolo fresco.
