Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.

In una ciotola, mescolare le fette di mela con i fiocchi d'avena, il miele, la cannella, la noce moscata e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere una miscela omogenea.

Stendere la pasta sfoglia integrale su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.

Distribuire il ripieno di mele su un lato della pasta, lasciando un bordo di circa 2,5 cm.

Piegare la pasta sfoglia sopra il ripieno e sigillare i bordi pizzicandoli.

Fare dei piccoli tagli sulla superficie e spennellare con un po' di yogurt greco.

Cuocere in forno per circa 30 minuti, fino a quando la pasta è dorata e croccante. Servire tiepido o freddo per un dolce sano e gustoso!
