In una pentola grande, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la cipolla rossa tritata e il peperone verde a cubetti, cuocendo finché non diventano morbidi, circa 5 minuti.

Unire la carne macinata di tacchino e rosolare fino a quando non è completamente cotta e dorata, mescolando frequentemente per sbriciolarla.
