In una padella antiaderente, scalda un filo d'olio e rosola la cipolla e l'aglio a fuoco medio fino a doratura, circa 5 minuti.

Aggiungi il pollo macinato e cuoci fino a quando non è ben cotto, circa 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto per sbriciolarlo.

Unisci i fagioli neri, i pomodori pelati, la salsa di soia, la paprika, il cumino e l'origano. Cuoci per altri 5 minuti, mescolando bene.
