Tagliare le melanzane a fette spesse 1 cm e disporne 2 fette sul fondo di uno stampino monoporzione in silicone leggermente unto con olio.

In una padella antiaderente, rosolare brevemente le restanti fette di melanzana con un cucchiaino di olio per 3 minuti.

Aggiungere il petto di pollo a dadini, il prezzemolo tritato, l'acciuga e il pepe nero, mescolando bene per amalgamare i sapori.
