Scaldare l'olio extravergine di oliva in una pentola antiaderente a fuoco medio; aggiungere le cipolle affettate e un pizzico di sale. Cuocere per circa 20 minuti, mescolando frequentemente, finché non diventano morbide e leggermente dorate.
