In una pentola, scalda l'olio extravergine di oliva con l'aglio schiacciato a fuoco medio fino a doratura. Rimuovi l'aglio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata, cuocendo fino a che diventa trasparente.

Aggiungi il polpo pulito e tagliato a pezzi, la paprika e il brodo vegetale; porta a ebollizione. Cuoci per circa 10 minuti a fuoco moderato.
