Method

In una ciotola, mescolare l'aceto di mele, il sale, lo zucchero di cocco, il pepe nero, la paprika affumicata e il pepe di Cayenna. Mescolare fino a sciogliere gli ingredienti.

Preriscaldare il forno a 120°C. In una teglia, adagiare la spalla di maiale e spennellarla con l'olio d'oliva e la salsa di soia.
