Pulire gli asparagi eliminando la parte legnosa a circa 5 cm dalla base, sciacquarli e asciugarli accuratamente con carta cucina.

Distribuire gli asparagi su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, disporli paralleli in un unico strato senza sovrapporli.

Affettare lo spicchio d'aglio in lamelle sottili e cospargerlo uniformemente sugli asparagi.

Versare l'olio evo, salare e pepare leggermente.

Infornare a 200°C per 12 minuti fino a renderli teneramente croccanti.

Estrarre la teglia, distribuire il burro affumicato in piccolissimi fiocchi su ogni asparago.
