In una padella grande, scalda l'olio di cocco a fuoco medio. Aggiungi la pasta di curry verde e falla rosolare per circa 2 minuti fino a quando non diventa fragrante.

Aggiungi il pollo a dadini e cuoci fino a doratura, circa 5-7 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
