In una ciotola, mescola il latte di mandorla tiepido e lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea. Aggiungi il miele e l'estratto di vaniglia.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, il lievito, la cannella e il sale.

Aggiungi le uova al mix di ingredienti umidi e mescola bene.

Versa il composto umido nella ciotola con gli ingredienti secchi e mescola fino a formare un impasto morbido.
