In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungi il petto di pollo a cubetti, salando e pepando a piacere. Cuoci per circa 5-7 minuti fino a doratura.

Riduci il fuoco a medio e aggiungi la cipolla affettata e l'aglio tritato; fai rosolare per 3 minuti finché non diventano traslucidi.
