In una ciotola, mescola il vino rosso, il brodo vegetale, l'aglio, la salsa di soia, la paprika, il pepe e il sale. Aggiungi il petto di manzo e lascia marinare per almeno 10 minuti.

Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio. Rimuovi il manzo dalla marinata e cuoci per 3-4 minuti per lato, fino a doratura.

Aggiungi la marinata nella padella e porta a ebollizione, riducendo la fiamma a medio-basso. Cuoci per ulteriori 5 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, finché il sugo non si addensa leggermente.
