In una ciotola, mescola farina integrale, proteine whey, curry, lievito, sale e pepe.

Aggiungi le uova intere e il latte di mandorla, mescola energicamente fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo e fluido (consistenza di una pastella per crepes).

Lascia riposare l'impasto per 10 minuti a temperatura ambiente.

Scalda un cucchiaio di olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio.

Versa circa 3 cucchiai di impasto per blinis, creando frittelle di 8-10 cm di diametro. Cuoci per 2 minuti fino a doratura leggermente dorata, poi gira delicatamente e cuoci l'altro lato per altri 2 minuti.

Trasferisci i blinis su un piatto.

Nel frattempo, rosola i gamberi in una piccola padella con un filo d'olio per 1-2 minuti per lato fino a che diventano rosa e opachi. Condisci con sale, pepe e un pizzico di paprica.

Prepara la salsa: mescola yogurt greco con senape, succo di limone, zesta di limone, sale e pepe.
