Inizia tritando finemente la frutta secca e mettila da parte. Spremi l'arancia e grattugia la scorza, separando il succo.

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco, il succo e la scorza d'arancia con l'eritritolo e l'uovo fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, le proteine in polvere, il lievito e il sale. Versa lentamente il composto liquido nella ciotola secca, mescolando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
