Method

Inizia sciacquando il riso integrale sotto acqua corrente fredda. Metti il riso in una pentola con 400 ml di acqua e un pizzico di sale. Porta a ebollizione, poi riduci il fuoco e copri. Cuoci per circa 40-45 minuti, finché il riso non è tenero e l'acqua è assorbita.

Nel frattempo, in una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio di cocco a fuoco medio. Aggiungi le banane tagliate a metà nel senso della lunghezza, con il lato tagliato rivolto verso il basso.

Versa il miele sopra le banane e spolvera con la cannella. Cuoci per circa 5-7 minuti, finché le banane non diventano dorate e caramellate. Rimuovi dal fuoco e tieni da parte.

In un'altra padella, unisci i fagioli neri e i pomodori a cubetti. Scalda a fuoco medio per 5-10 minuti, mescolando, fino a quando è tutto ben caldo. Aggiungi la paprika e mescola bene.

Una volta cotto il riso, trasferiscilo in una ciotola grande e unisci i fagioli riscaldati. Mescola delicatamente per amalgamare.
