Mescolate il formaggio di capra light con il prezzemolo tritato, 5 ml di olio EVO, 5 g di miele, sale e pepe in una ciotola.

Tagliate a metà 2 fogli di pasta fillo (più leggera della brick francese) e spennellate leggermente con olio EVO usando un pennello.

Posizionate un cucchiaio di farcia in un angolo del rettangolo di pasta e ripiegate più volte formando un triangolo compatto.

Adagiate i triangoli su una teglia con carta forno, spennellate con il restante olio e cospargete di timo sbriciolato e semi di sesamo tostati.

Infornate a 190°C per 12-14 minuti fino a doratura leggera.
