Cuocere il riso basmati in acqua bollente per circa 10-12 minuti, quindi scolarlo e lasciarlo raffreddare.

In una ciotola, unire lo yogurt greco, l'uovo, il latte di mandorle, l'eritritolo e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
