Cuocere le lenticchie rosse in acqua salata per 15 minuti fino a renderle tenere ma ancora intere, scolare e far raffreddare leggermente.

Tritare finemente i funghi champignon e la cipolla rossa, cuocerli in padella con 1 cucchiaio di olio a fuoco medio per 8 minuti fino ad evaporare l'umidità.

Schiacciare il tofu affumicato con una forchetta e unirlo alle lenticchie insieme ai funghi e cipolla cotti.

Aggiungere il pangrattato integrale, paprika, pepe, sale e salsa di soia light, mescolare bene fino a amalgamare.

Formare 6 burger compatti con le mani umide, appiattirli leggermente.

Cuocere i burger in una padella antiaderente con 1 cucchiaio di olio a fuoco medio per 4-5 minuti per lato fino a dorare.
