Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara uno stampo per muffin monoporzione con un velo di olio di cocco.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di riso integrale, le proteine in polvere al cocco, l'eritritolo e il lievito; mescola bene per amalgamare gli ingredienti secchi.
