Versa l'acqua in una pentola capiente, aggiungi le foglie di alloro e porta a ebollizione.

Colloca le cannocchie in un colino a vapore o su una griglia a circa 5 cm dal livello dell'acqua, copri con un coperchio e cuoci al vapore per 18-20 minuti, finché la carne risulta tenera e si stacca facilmente dal guscio.

Tritare finemente l'aglio e il prezzemolo fresco (o usa già tritato se disponibile).
