In un pentolino, unisci i mirtilli rossi freschi e l'acqua. Porta a ebollizione a fuoco medio-alto.

Quando i mirtilli iniziano a scoppiettare (dopo circa 5 minuti), aggiungi il sedano tritato, la mela grattugiata e il succo d'arancia.

Riduci il fuoco a medio-basso e lascia cuocere per 8-10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto fino ad ottenere una consistenza densa.

Incorporare lo zenzero, i chiodi di garofano, il sale e le mandorle tritate.

Sciogli la polvere proteica in un po' d'acqua tiepida e aggiungila al composto, mescolando bene.
