Method

In una pentola, scaldare l'olio extravergine di oliva e aggiungere le cipolle rosse a fette. Cuocere a fuoco medio per circa 5 minuti fino a che non si ammorbidiscono.

Aggiungere lo zucchero di cocco, il sale e il pepe, mescolare e continuare a cuocere per altri 10 minuti, fino a caramellare leggermente le cipolle.
