Method

Taglia il filetto di manzo a strisce sottili e mettilo in una ciotola. Aggiungi l'amido di mais, il sale e il pepe, mescolando bene per ricoprire la carne.

In una ciotola separata, unisci la salsa di soia, il succo d'arancia, l'aceto di riso, lo zenzero, l'aglio e la scorza d'arancia. Mescola e metti da parte.

Scalda l'olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungi il manzo e cuoci per circa 5-7 minuti, finché non è ben dorato. Rimuovi il manzo dalla padella e tienilo da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi i broccoli e un po' d'acqua, coprendo per farli cuocere al vapore per 3-4 minuti.

Riporta il manzo nella padella e versa il composto di salsa. Cuoci per altri 2-3 minuti fino a quando la salsa si addensa leggermente.
