Method

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena con l'eritritolo, il tuorlo, un pizzico di sale e l'albume fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Stendi l'impasto in una teglia rivestita di carta forno, formando una base sottile. Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, cuoci a vapore la polpa di zucca per circa 10 minuti fino a renderla morbida.

Frulla la zucca cotta con lo yogurt greco, le nocciole macinate, la stevia e la cannella fino ad ottenere una crema liscia.

Versa la crema di zucca sulla base di crostata già cotta e inforna nuovamente a 180°C per 10 minuti.

Lascia raffreddare completamente prima di servire, per gustarla al meglio!
