Triturare finemente le mandorle tostate con un coltello fino a ridurle in granuli medi, oppure usare un mixer a impulsi brevi per evitare che si trasformino in burro.

In una ciotola capiente, mescolare le mandorle con il cacao amaro setacciato, la vaniglia e il pizzico di sale.

Scaldare leggermente l'olio di cocco in un pentolino a bagnomaria o a fuoco molto basso fino a farlo diventare liquido.

Aggiungere il miele al composto secco e versare l'olio di cocco caldo: mescolare vigorosamente con un cucchiaio di legno fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo e appiccicaticcio.

Lasciar riposare 5 minuti a temperatura ambiente per favorire la coesione.

Con le dita leggermente inumidite, formare palline di circa 15 g ciascuna e adagiarle su un foglio di carta forno o in pirottini di carta.
