In una ciotola, unisci la carne macinata di pollo, il cavolfiore grattugiato, il prezzemolo, la cipolla rossa, il concentrato di pomodoro, l'olio d'oliva, sale e pepe. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Porta a ebollizione dell'acqua in una pentola e sbollenta per 2-3 minuti le foglie di melanzana e peperone, fino a renderle più morbide.
