Preriscalda il forno a 170°C e prepara una teglia monoporzione di circa 10x10 cm rivestita di carta forno.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di cocco, la farina di mandorle, i datteri tritati, l'eritritolo, le proteine in polvere e il lievito.
