In una pentola, lessare il petto di pollo in acqua salata per circa 25-30 minuti fino a cottura completa. Scolare e lasciare intiepidire.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio d'oliva e rosolare la cipolla, il peperone e l'aglio per 5 minuti fino a quando non sono morbidi.

Aggiungere l'aceto di mele, i semi di pepe, le olive e le foglie di alloro; far sobbollire per 3-4 minuti.

Tagliare il pollo a cubetti e unirlo al mix di verdure nella padella.
