In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva e rosolare il petto di pollo tagliato a cubetti per circa 4-5 minuti, aggiungendo sale, pepe e origano. Trasferire il pollo in un piatto.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla rossa tritata e far soffriggere per 2 minuti.

Unire i fagiolini freschi tagliati a metà e mescolare bene.

Aggiungere i pomodori pelati e schiacciarli con una forchetta.

Versare il succo di limone e aggiungere il pollo precedentemente rosolato.

Aggiungere la foglia di alloro, portare a ebollizione, poi abbassare il fuoco e cuocere per 15 minuti fino a quando i fagiolini sono teneri.
