In una padella, scaldate l'olio d'oliva e aggiungete l'aglio tritato, lasciandolo dorare per qualche istante.

Aggiungete gli spinaci e cuocete finché non si appassiscono.

In una ciotola, unite la ricotta, gli spinaci cotti, il parmigiano, sale e pepe. Mescolate bene.

Preriscaldate il forno a 200°C.

Prendete un foglio di pasta brick e spennellatelo leggermente con olio d'oliva.

Piegate il foglio a metà per formare una striscia.

Posizionate un cucchiaio di farcia di ricotta e spinaci in un angolo del rettangolo di pasta.

Ripiegate formando un triangolo, sigillando bene i bordi.

Ripetete con gli altri fogli di brick e la farcia rimanente.

Adagiate i brick su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e cospargeteli con i semi di sesamo.
