Method

In una pentola capiente, unisci le costine, la cipolla tagliata a spicchi, la salsa di soia, le stelle di anice e il pepe nero. Aggiungi l'acqua e porta a ebollizione.

Riduci la fiamma e lascia sobbollire coperto per circa 1 ora, finché le costine non sono tenere.
