In un pentolino, scaldare i ceci con un po' d'acqua (circa 30ml) e gli spinaci per 2 minuti, finché gli spinaci non si appassiscono.

Frullare grossolanamente i ceci e gli spinaci insieme.

In una ciotola, unire la purea di ceci e spinaci con la farina di avena, le proteine isolate, il lievito e un pizzico di sale.

Aggiungere l'olio evo e mescolare fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto su carta forno in una forma rettangolare (circa 15x10cm) e cospargere di rosmarino.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 190°C per 20 minuti fino a doratura.
