Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e oliare leggermente una piccola cocottina (Ø 7 cm, altezza 4 cm).

Sciogliere il cioccolato fondente in un pentolino a bagnomaria con lo yogurt greco fino a consistenza liscia (circa 3 minuti).

Aggiungere l'eritritolo, la farina di mandorle, le proteine in polvere e mescolare bene.
