Method

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, la farina integrale, il lievito e il sale. Mescola bene.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con lo yogurt, il miele e l'estratto di vaniglia fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi gli ingredienti secchi a quelli umidi e mescola fino a formare una pasta morbida. Se necessario, aggiungi un po' d'acqua per ottenere la consistenza desiderata.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Rivesti una teglia con carta forno.

Stendi la pasta su un piano infarinato fino a ottenere un cerchio di circa 25 cm di diametro.
