In una ciotola, mescola la farina di mandorle, le mandorle tritate e un pizzico di sale.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e mescola bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Unisci l'uovo e l'acqua fredda, quindi impasta fino a ottenere un panetto compatto.
