Sbuccia i kiwi e tagliali a pezzi, trasferiscili in un mixer insieme allo yogurt greco, al succo di limone e alle proteine in polvere.

Frulla fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea (circa 1 minuto).

Versa la crema in una teglia di alluminio rettangolare, copri con il coperchio o con carta stagnola e posiziona in congelatore.
