Versare i semi di sesamo in una padella antiaderente e tostarli a fuoco medio per 5-6 minuti, mescolando costantemente finché non diventano leggermente dorati e profumati.

Aggiungere i semi di girasole e il lino macinato, continuare la tostatura per altri 2-3 minuti fino a ottenere un profumo tostato intenso.

Trasferire il mix in un mixer o mortaio e aggiungere il lievito nutrizionale e il sale marino.

Frullare per 20-30 secondi con il mixer a velocità media, oppure pestare a mano con il mortaio fino a ottenere una consistenza semigranulosa (non polverosa).

Lasciar raffreddare completamente per 5 minuti.
