In una ciotola, unisci la farina di ceci, le proteine in polvere, l'acqua tiepida e il sale, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Lascia riposare per 15 minuti a temperatura ambiente per consentire alla farina di idratarsi.

Scalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto, senza aggiungere olio.

Versa il composto nella padella e distribuiscilo uniformemente, cuocendo per circa 3-4 minuti fino a quando non si formano delle bollicine sulla superficie.
