In una ciotola, sbatti le uova e aggiungi un pizzico di sale e pepe. In un'altra ciotola, mescola la farina di mandorle con il pangrattato, la paprika, il sale e il pepe.

Taglia il petto di pollo in fette sottili e immergile prima nell'uovo sbattuto e poi nel mix di farina e pangrattato, premendo bene per far aderire.
